Exploring CampusAI’s Mission to Bridge the AI Training Gap for Everyday Workers at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025

As organizations strive for increased efficiency and competitiveness, many are urging their employees to become proficient in AI tools. This demand has exposed a significant gap in training resources available for non-technical workers. Aureliusz Gorski, the founder and CEO of Warsaw-based CampusAI, expressed that current market solutions often overlook the needs of everyday users.

To address this issue, CampusAI has developed an educational platform aimed at making AI learning accessible for individuals looking to integrate AI into their workflows, whether for sales, human resources, legal purposes, or personal branding. The startup focuses on demystifying AI, helping users to not just understand it but also to embrace its use in their routines.

Ahead of the TechCrunch Disrupt conference, where CampusAI is recognized as a Startup Battlefield Top 20 finalist, the company highlighted its primary product: a dynamic online learning ecosystem that combines two main features. One is an avatar-based learning model, and the other is a virtual campus within the metaverse, designed for skill enhancement, community engagement, and project collaboration.

CampusAI provides its platform to both individuals and businesses seeking to enhance employee training with AI. The platform includes access to various AI models—like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and Flux—allowing users to experiment and learn without managing multiple accounts or subscriptions. With daily course updates, CampusAI ensures that learners keep pace with rapid technological advancements.

The platform’s flagship offering for consumers is the "Me+AI" course, available for $250 per year. For businesses, the "Team+AI" program costs $25,000 annually and starts with an AI readiness test and a series of workshops aimed at facilitating a smooth transition into AI adoption.

Gorski emphasized their mission to foster a "human plus AI readiness culture" within organizations to ease these transitions. The courses are tailored enable to professionals across various fields, including HR and finance, to find specific pathways suitable for their roles.

CampusAI’s methodology, as explained by AI researcher and adviser Aleksandra Przegalińska, integrates strategies for improving human-AI collaboration. Students can access a dedicated repository of prompts and engage in practical exercises within the "AI Gym," where AI agents evaluate their progress.

The goal is not just to enable users to delegate tasks to AI but to cultivate a partnership where AI acts as a collaborator, enhancing their work rather than replacing it. CampusAI reports significant outcomes from its training: employees become 40% more efficient and express 60% greater job satisfaction.

Founded in 2023, CampusAI has rapidly gained traction, with over 35,000 users and 600 clients in Poland alone. They also serve 60 corporate clients, including major names like ING, T-Mobile, and Ikea, and project over $2 million in annual recurring revenue by 2025.

Currently, CampusAI is raising a $20 million Series A round to expand its offerings to 40 markets by 2030. The platform is available in Polish, English, and Spanish and has begun operations in the U.S. and U.K., with plans for B2B focus prior to tapping into the direct-to-consumer market.

Additionally, CampusAI is excited about its digital twin technology, aiming to build and license virtual replicas of university campuses and corporate entities, offering them exclusive use for training and engagement. This initiative recently garnered €18 million from the European Commission to collaborate on innovative educational environments across several countries.

Gorski advocates for building robust local ecosystems to counterbalance the influence of big tech and is actively working to establish collaborative hubs for innovation. He believes that a collective effort is needed to maintain the vibrancy of startup culture in the face of increasing competition.

For those interested in exploring CampusAI’s offerings, alongside numerous other innovators, the upcoming Disrupt event (October 27-29, 2025) in San Francisco will present a valuable opportunity to engage with experts and learn about emerging trends in technology and AI.
